I’M ONE OF YOU…Not one of them

After spending more than 18 years in hospitality, I held every position from busboy to GM, and now even owner. This industry flows through my veins. I have also worked in the POS space for over 5 years and have amazing bar & restaurant clients in NY, PA, and FL that all have unique concepts, service models, and integration needs. Unfortunately, we live in a world where credit card processors disguised as “POS experts” are popping up everywhere trying to sell your bar or restaurant the same POS that they sold the vape shop down the block. My approach is much different; you tell me exactly what you want and need from a POS and I’ll tell you which one sucks less.

My goal from day one has never been to acquire as many clients as I possibly can while not caring if a few drop off every once in awhile. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not that I hate money, It’s that I know how much time and energy I put into making sure every single one of my venues is a customer and friend for life. Retention will ALWAYS be more important to me than acquisition.

My approach will never be, “Thanks for your signature, now good luck with your new POS!” I will be there in-person every step of the way until you and your staff are 100% comfortable with your new POS system. I’m there for the demo, through the on-boarding process, during the installation, and during all on-site post installation staff training. After that, I am a phone call away to help with anything you need.
