  • This includes full-time remote account management including but not limited to any and all POS related questions, adjustments, menu changes & remote tech support.

  • (Location Dependent) This includes on-site tech support for all POS hardware related issues including card reader fix/replace, printer fix/replace, POS terminal fix/replace, cash drawer fix/replace.

    Note* ISO is responsible for supplying all hardware needed in the event of a replacement.
