I’m one of you.

I’m an industry guy just like you. I have spent my entire adult life in hospitality. In the last 20 years I’ve been a GM, Head bartender, server, bar back, bus boy , host and now owner. I have done it all. In that 20 years, I have worked in almost every venue atmosphere there is from the Hamptons to NYC; fine dining, night clubs, sports bars, dive bars, corporate chains, and catering halls. Along with my hospitality experience, I have also been in the hospitality specific POS space for 5 years both selling and account managing.

I’m not a sign and bye kinda guy.

I’m not a sign and see you around kinda guy. Ask ANY of my clients. My approach has never been and will never be, “Thanks for your signature, good luck with your new POS!” I am there in every step of the way until you and your staff are 100% comfortable with your new POS system. I’m there for the demo, through the on-boarding process, during the installation, and during all on-site post installation staff trainings. After that, I am a phone call away to help with anything you need. I am also the ONLY one who can say this with a good conscious.

Retention > Aquisition.

My goal from day one has never been to acquire as many clients as I possibly can while not caring if a few drop off every once in awhile. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not that I hate money, It’s that I know how much time and energy I put into making sure that every single one of my venues is a customer and friend for life. Retention will ALWAYS be more important to me than acquisition.
